Youth Group meets every Thursday evening at 6:30 P.M at the church. Youth are encouraged to attend regularly and also invite their friends.

A Night on the Town is a “Sleep in the Box” type of event where youth from all around Louisiana will get sponsored to spend the night in a box. This event serves to raise homeless awareness and also to raise money for the Opelousas Lighthouse Mission. We will have live music, food, worship, testimonies, games, and so much more. Centrifuge & X-Fuge on Mission Especially for Youth completed 7th thru 12th grade. At Ridgecrest Conference Center In Asheville, NC. Including white-water rafting on Ochee River in Tennessee. Wednesday, July 4th DEPART WSCC @ 8AM Wednesday, July 11th RETURN TO WSCC @ 6PM Cost $330 $50 deposit due 1/30 $50 deposit due 4/24 $200 in full due 6/4 Some of you like camp to be about the recreation and games. Others of you like camp for mission activities. Well, we are going to camp that lets you choose between both recreation and missions at one location. For some of you, it will be a tough choice. Recreation tracks are listed on the camp flier. As xfuge on mission we will participate in a mission opportunity as a complete group. |
